This was such a pretty landscape photograph, looking out to Wellfleet Bay with the cute, little cottage in the foreground and the sailboat in the background…. and all of the Wild Roses in between.
Every time I bike to First Encounter Beach, there is at least one Willet yakking away on the First Encounter sign. I always think of them as the Welcoming Committee! (Click on blog link for other photo.)
If you drive further down the road, you can see Willets on all on the fence posts along the road. Have you seen them there?
There are so many beautiful bike rides here on Cape Cod. This is one of my favorites… biking from beach to beach early in the morning.
It doesn’t get much prettier! Look at that sky!
