I always love seeing this “tree foot” on the trail in Nickerson State Park in Brewster. It looks just like a big animal but you can only see its foot on the trail. It always brings a smile to my face. (Click on blog link for other photo.)
Have you ever seen this “tree foot” at Nickerson? Pretty cool, don’t you think?

Bridge Rd. was closed about an hour before high tide as the salt marsh washed over the road.
At Rock Harbor, Young’s Seafood Market had lots of water in the parking lot and the road behind it was flooded.
You can see the water rising up by the launch area and into the parking lot as the tide came in. Wow! Crazy tides lately!
The tide was so high yesterday at Nauset Marsh that the 3 rocks leading to the trail at Hemenway Landing were almost under water. (Click on blog link for other photo.)
Wow! Pretty high tide, don’t you think? We sure have had a lot of them lately!
