There is quite a large pond that has formed right near the end of Coast Guard Beach by Nauset Spit. You used to be able to walk the trail part-way back on the marsh side of the beach, but I’m not sure if that is possible now. Does anyone know if that trail is walkable?
Overlooking Nauset Marsh is always gorgeous, no matter what time of the year or what the weather is. I love this view from the picnic area by Coast Guard Station, even on a dark, cloudy day. It’s always been one of our favorite places!
The past couple of days have been sunny and bright and just gorgeous, so we thought we’d take a walk on Coast Guard Beach and we weren’t disappointed. It was just spectacular!
