Yesterday morning was just spectacular at Fort Hill. You could see the sun trying to peek through the clouds forming these beautiful rays of sun. It almost looked celestial. (Click on blog link for other photo.)
I thought it would be fun to edit it in a different way. What do you think?
The tide was so high yesterday at Nauset Marsh that the 3 rocks leading to the trail at Hemenway Landing were almost under water. (Click on blog link for other photo.)
Wow! Pretty high tide, don’t you think? We sure have had a lot of them lately!
Coast Guard Station was pretty spectacular after the snows over the weekend. I loved this photograph with those gorgeous clouds in the background. What do you think? (Click on blog link for other photo.)
I also love the drive from Coast Guard Station… so pretty!
Coast Guard Beach was just beautiful with its dusting of snow yesterday. The wind was still blowing and the waves were still cranking. (Click on blog link for other photos.)
As we sat here at Hemenway Landing yesterday having a picnic lunch, it was hard to imagine that in eight hours a huge winter storm would descend on Cape Cod. The winds were expected to be up to 50 mph, so I’m sure the scene will look quite a bit different today. (Click on blog link for other photo.)
Not a ripple on the water… Look at those reflections!
