The waves were amazing yesterday at Coast Guard Beach. I think they were the biggest I’ve ever seen there! The drive back from Nauset Light shows the power of Mother Nature. Look at those waves! Wow!
The tide at Rock Harbor was extremely high yesterday. You can see the dock across the way is almost under water. Have you noticed how high the tides have been?
With the dredging completed and the pilings back in place, we’ve been waiting to see when the fishing boats would come back to Rock Harbor. Would they wait until warmer spring weather or hope the weather isn’t too cold to form ice on the harbor and come back now?
We were thrilled to see Miss Heather moored at the dock the other day and ready to go out!
