Common Eider At Rock Harbor In Orleans On Cape Cod.

There are a lot of Eiders here on the Cape in the winter. You can see flocks of them flying by… they look like the black and white wind toys!

It’s Been A Foggy Week Here On Cape Cod.

It’s been a really foggy week here on the Cape. Yesterday the fog would roll in and you couldn’t see a thing. And then an hour later it would dissipate.

I took a walk to Boat Meadow Beach after lunch and it was still pretty foggy there. I looked at my photos when I got home and I really liked this one. A bit eerie, don’t you think?

Gorgeous Moon On A Very Foggy Morning At Boat Meadow Beach On Cape Cod.

We were driving home from the gym early this morning when we saw this gorgeous moon shining through the heavy fog. It was both eerie and gorgeous.

We took a ride to Boat Meadow Beach and it was just spectacular with the heavy fog on the beach and the reflection of the moon in the water. What do you think?
