It looks pretty chilly out there on the water, or ice, at Boat Meadow Beach. All you can see is ice chunks all along the shore and out into the bay. And to think… this coming week is supposed to be even colder! Brrr!!

The Birds Sure Do Love A Heated Bird Bath On Cape Cod.
There is certainly no shortage of birds in our yard this winter. They especially love our heated bird bath where they can get a drink when everything else is frozen, take a bath, or just hang out where it’s a little warmer.
There were 11 birds on the bird bath when I looked out. They were loving it!
When we built our home a few years ago, we specifically put in a plug on the deck that reaches the bird bath. It was well worth it just to see all of those birds! Such a variety!
