Wellfleet Harbor On Cape Cod.

I loved this photograph of the sailboats moored in Wellfleet Harbor before the end of summer. It looks so simple and peaceful.

Now, if you venture up to Wellfleet Harbor, you will find that most of the boats in the harbor are all put away for the winter. Only a few remain in the slips behind the pier.

There are still plenty of boats at the docks in back of Wellfleet Harbor behind the pier. I loved this photograph of the rocks and waterways and the reflection of the poles in the water.

No matter which direction you turn, the views at Wellfleet Harbor are just gorgeous. We parked our car here and this was our view for a picnic lunch.

A Perfect Windy Day For Sailing At Wellfleet Harbor On Cape Cod.

We stopped at Wellfleet Harbor on our way back from Provincetown to see the boats and enjoy the harbor. There is always so much going on and it’s fun just to watch the boats. We both had sailed quite a bit years ago but have not been sailing in a while. (Click on blog link to see additional photos.)

We watched as the launch rounded up 3 sailboats to be rented at the dock. These 3 guys were ready and waiting for one of them. They got their instructions and hopped in and sailed away. It looked like knew what they were doing.
