I love the Alltrails App for hiking whether it be here on Cape Cod or out in one of the national parks. There are so many different trails that are already on the app or you can make your own. It’s so easy. (Click on blog link for other photos.)
At first glance you can see the trail length, difficulty, elevation gain and average time. You can even preview the trail which takes you on the actual trail.
This was one trail that we made at Nickerson State Park in Brewster. AllTrails also has a feature that dings if you make a wrong turn.
Have you ever used the AllTrails App? It is so much fun to plan your own hike or use one of theirs.
I never get tired of this bridge over Nauset Marsh walking to Coast Guard Beach. It is always spectacular, even on a cloudy, windy, stormy day. Don’t you agree?
There are so many beautiful views from the Nauset Marsh Trail near the Eastham Visitor’s Center. We’ve had such pretty clouds lately. Do you know where this photo was taken?
I always love seeing this “tree foot” on the trail in Nickerson State Park in Brewster. It looks just like a big animal but you can only see its foot on the trail. It always brings a smile to my face. (Click on blog link for other photo.)
Have you ever seen this “tree foot” at Nickerson? Pretty cool, don’t you think?
It was a gorgeous morning to take a drive to Provincetown and scout all of the beaches along the way. This view from the Marconi Beach overlook near where the Atlantic White Cedar Swap Trail begins was so pretty with the sun shining high in the sky!
