This little Down Woodpecker was so cute as it hung onto the side of our bird bath for a drink of water. I couldn’t figure out how it stayed there, but it did!
I’ve always loved this boat on the Salt Pond by the Visitor’s Center in Eastham. It is so colorful. And then, sometimes at Christmastime, you can see a little Christmas in the bow. So cute, don’t you think?
I took 3 different photographs of the boat. Which one do you like better?
If you want to see a really cool train exhibit made of Gingerbread Houses and replicating The Chatham Bars Inn, check out the front lobby at The Chatham Bars Inn. It is really amazing!
Each unique building is made of gingerbread. I was most impressed when I saw that the roofs were made of Necco wafers as I knew they were taken off the market recently due to decreased popularity. We used to love them growing up, especially the pink ones!
Pretty cool, don’t you think? You can even push the button and watch the train go around!
I love the lighthouses on Cape Cod, especially Nauset Light on Nauset Light Beach. They all are so unique and have such amazing history. Nauset Light is such a beautiful lighthouse, especially decked out for the holidays!
