You know it’s summer when this 3-masted schooner makes its way back to Pleasant Bay for the summer. What a gorgeous sailboat! (Click on blog link for other photo.)
It was fun to be out on the water when it motored by. You almost felt like you were “playing with the big boys!”
The moorings are back in the water at Arey’s Pond and soon the boats will be launched and ready to go. It is such an exciting time at Arey’s Pond for all those who have a sailboat there. Pretty soon it will be warm enough to motor down the river and enjoy a wonderful sail!
