It was still warm and the winds were light making it a perfect day last weekend to go canoeing on Salt Pond and out onto Nauset Marsh. What fun!

I love this photograph that Phil took of this solitary canoe on its mooring at Boat Meadow Beach. Is it waiting for a bigger boat to arrive and thus give the persona ride in to shore?
