It was a pretty morning and low, low tide at Skaket Beach in Orleans.
Such a pretty sky, don’t you think? Love the clouds…
The flats at low tide on Cape Cod Bay are always beautiful. I took this photograph at Boat Meadow Beach. You can see the sailboat on its mooring sitting on the sand at low tide.
Have you ever walked on the flats at low tide?
It was such a pretty day with a few clouds and a blue sky. We took a walk down to the Eastham side of Rock Harbor and sat on one of our favorite benches. It was low tide and so pretty.
I loved the soft, pastel colors and the couple walking out on the flats. What do you think?
The flats at low tide tide on Cape Cod Bay are different every time you see them. I loved this photograph of the flats between Rock Harbor and Boat Meadow. It’s so amazing how far the tide goes out at low tide and then how far it comes in at high tide.
So pretty, don’t you think?
I love Cape Cod Bay at low tide! It is so much fun to walk way out on the flats when you know that, in another few hours, they will be covered by water. Sometimes I even plan my walks so I can get there at low tide.
I thought this was a really pretty photograph where you can see the flats and where the water recedes at low tide.
