Yesterday was a gorgeous day with sunny skies, temps in the lower 30s and little wind. With the 2 snowstorms since last weekend, we’ve had about 7-8″ of new snow… which is perfect if you want to go cross-country skiing.

We went down to the basement and got out all of our old cross-country ski equipment. We hadn’t skied since Colorado many years ago, so this was a first for us on Cape Cod. And what fun we had! It was a perfect day to be outside and try out an old sport! No one else was there so we got to make the first ski tracks of the day!
