It’s almost time to put the umbrellas away after an awesome season in Provinctown. The Surf Club Restaurant, at the beginning of MacMillan Wharf, has been enjoyed by many enthusiastic diners.
“The Surf Club has been a household name in Provincetown since the late 1950’s. We are a third-generation local institution, housed in our iconic seaside location, with sweeping views of our wonderful town.
Our atmosphere is all things ocean. Engulfed with sea side sounds and the comings and goings of the pier, combined with hyper local seafood, tasty beverages served by welcoming staff and a community of locals, day trippers, artists and everyone else visits the Surf Club Restaurant for a great drink and a classic New England meal.”
I liked this photograph of the umbrellas all folded up with the stormy sky in the background. Pretty pastel colors, don’t you think? Have you ever been to the Surf Club?
While summer may be missed, there’s always this:
“I think that to one in sympathy with nature, each season, in turn, seems the loveliest.”
